Content: Concerning a leaden coffin containing a skeleton found on the estate of Mr James Mason, Eynsham Hall, near Witney. Describes the coffin and its contents. Also mentions that some other bones were found in the same field. Rolleston took some away and kept them in a box in the Department of Comparative Anatomy in the University Museum, Oxford
