Title: Note by Mr Percy Manning based on information from Mr J. Carter, 29 January 1894.
Content: Concerning one whole and one broken urn discovered by workmen near Drayton along with several human bones. Manning also notes that close to this place a British drinking vessel was found with a human skeleton in 1862 (published in the 'Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries, Second Series, Volume II, p.204 and Volume II, p.2' as well as 'Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Journal, Volume II, p.101.' At the foot of the page, a strip of paper has been adhered with notes by Mr Percy Manning mentioning that two skeletons were found in 1896 close to the river Thames in digging gravel.
