| Title: | Woodcut print of objects and scales | ||||
| Content: | Woodcut print labeled 'TAB XV. ad pag. 328'. At the top of the print are a series of geometrical drawings, involving numbers and letters, which appear to be some kind of scale. In the lower half of the print are drawings of objects (coins, a bottle, a jar) and what looks like tessellated pavement. There is a crest at the foot of the print which holds the following information: 'To the Worsp.ll, The worthy and much Honored Gentlemen John and Carleton Stone Esq., This 15th Table Consisting partly of Antiquities whereof the 23rd and 24th were found in the grounds near their Seat at Brightwel; in memory of their favours is gratefully dedicated by R.P.L.L.D.' Above the print is written the name 'Plot'. | ||||
