Title: Manuscript extract from the Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquities Accession Register, number 1887.3205.
Content: Page headed 'Frilford'. Extract written on a seperate strip of paper adhered to the sheet. Entry for a bronze ring found in a large pot in a quarry in the Frilford fields, where the road from Abingdon to Fyfield crosses the Oxford to Wantage road. Professor George Rolleston also found a skeleton on this spot. The bronze ring was presented to the museum by Mr James Parker. Notes crossed out on the reverse of the page.
