Title: Manuscript extract from two publication: 'H. Hakewill's Roman Remains at Northleigh and Stonedfield, 1836, p.20'.
Content: Concerning the ruins of buildings, thought to be Roman, found in Ditchley in 1813. A note from Manning below the extract claims that this find was just within the Park North West of Lodge Farm and was probably the building described by Warton in Kiddington, Third edition, p.67. Also a reference to Skelton's Oxfordshire, Wootton Hund, pp.9 and 20 below the text.
