Title: Letter from F.J. Harwood of Lee's Rest, Charlbury, to Miss M.V. Taylor.
Content: Concerning cropmarks and archaeological features (Underground passage; Crop marks; Dark green lines in crops running across the field; Ditches which extend across the plantation; Underground passage near farmhouse; Foundations and remains of the old Lee mansion) in a field around Lee's Rest, Charlbury. Also mentions an underground tunnel close to the farmhouse there and states that any objects of interest found would be passed on to Miss M.V. Taylor, although all that had been found so far were some flint arrow-heads.
