Title: Drawing, with a transcript of a label and a manuscript extract from a publication written next to it.
Content: Drawing of a bronze spear head. Next to it is a transcript of the label on the object: 'Bronze spear head, Rev. J.C. Clutterbuck Collection; was in possession of Admiral Clutterbuck of Long Wittenham, November 18, 1908. The wooden shaft is preserved inside the socket and a wooden pin passes through the two rivet holes [bears printed label "No. 2"]. Below the transcript is a manuscript extract from the publication: 'Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries, Second Series, Volume VI, p.458, December 16, 1875'. Offers a similar description to the label.
