Title: Two manuscript extracts from publications: 'Beesley's History of Banbury, 1841, p. 15, Pl. VI' and 'Oxfordshire Victoria History, Volume II, p.348.'
Content: The first extract mentions a twin-tumulus near Berryfields Farm between Hook Norton and the village of Great Rollright. The second extract mentions that Beesley says the tumulus was destroyed in 1842 after he had opened it and found bones, ashes and white sand.
