Title: Notes taken from publication: 'George Rolleston's Scientific Papers, Volume II, pp.939 - 942'.
Content: Notes on two graves found at Wytham on 17 Septpember 1875 and 18 March 1878. Describes the position of the skeletons. Manning notes that amber beads found with the second skeleton are now in the Ashmolean, Department of Antiquties Accession Register number 1886.1705 - 1706. Rolleston thought that the position in which the skeletons were found was indicative of the burials being Saxon.
