Title: Drawing with notes.
Content: Drawing of a pottery vessel. Part of the drawing shows the vessel in section so the thickness of the pottery may be seen. An extra piece of paper with a pattern in ink painted onto it has been stuck onto the drawing to give an idea of shade and decoration. The note below the drawing describes the vessel as being of a browish black ware with incised ornament. It adds that it was found at Northfield Farm, Wytham and was in the collection of Professor George Rolleston before being transfered to the Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquities.
