Title: Extract cut from newspaper: 'Illustrated London News, April 11, 1846' and adhered to lined note paper.
Content: Concerning the Roman villa discovered at Wheatley near Oxford. Provides a description of the site (excavated by the Bishop of Oxford, Dr William Buckland and Mr J. Parker) and refers to the account of the site in the Archaeological Journal, Number 8. There is also some criticism of the British Museum for not collecting British antiquities.
