Title: Notes made by Mr Percy Manning based on information from Richard Coles of Ardley
Content: Concerning Roman coins discovered in a garden in Ardley village. Previous discoveries at Ardley had included several barbed and socketed iron spear-heads found between Ardley and Fencot. At the foot of the text is a reference to Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxford Journal, Vol.IV, p.10. The central section of text is a seperate strip of paper which has been stuck to the the main page with adhesive.
