Concerning the discovery of a small twisted ring (which Manning records in the note next to the article as being Viking) with a skeleton during digging on Queen Street, Oxford. Manning also notes that there is a similar one in the British Museum which was found with coins of Harold II, Edward the Confessor and William I. | ||||
