Title: Transcripts by Mr Percy Manning of Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquities Accession Register, 1881.198 and 1882.3-8
Content: Entires for a bronze palstave found in Leopold Street, Cowley Road, presented to the museum by Mr J.H. Parker (1881.198) and six large palstaves found during excavations for Tramway Stables, Leopold Street (1882.3-8). All found together. Below the extracts is adhered a black and white photograph of a palstave (1882.4). The second extract was written onto a seperate piece of unlined paper, cut and adhered to the paper on which the first extract is written.
