Title: Transcript of a MS. account sent with objects to the Ashmolean Museum, written by Mr. C. Richardson, pasted into Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquities Accession Register, 1893.196-202.
Content: Concerning the skeletons and objects (Skeletons of adults and children; Two spear-heads; Kinfe; Two fibulae; Brass beads; Amber beads; Green glass beads; Chalk beads; Black and red bead; Blue glass beads; Pearl beads) found by workmen while levelling a bank called Harborough Bank in a field adjoining the road to Bicester in the parish of Heyford Purcell. Provides detailed descriptions of the objects. Some were given by the workmen to the Rector of the parish, Reverend Filmore, and some beads were in the possession of Mr C. Richardson. The objects in total were presented to the museum by Miss Swann.
