Title: Transcript of manuscript by Mr Percy Manning: Dryden MSS. March 1866
Content: Concerning the graves discovered in the gravel pit at Rousham. Professor Rolleston pronounced the graves to be British. Discusses the contents of the graves (Pottery; Bones of dog, cow, calf, pig, horse; Human remains) and mentions that they are similar to pit dwellings discovered at Standlake. A later note by Mr E.T. Leeds refers to Steeple Aston.
