Title: Two manuscript extracts from publications: 'The Natural History of Oxfordshire' Robert Plot ed. 1705, p351' and 'Gough's Camden, Britannia, 1789, Volume I, p.294.'
Content: Both concerning a standing stone about half a mile South West of Enston Church on a bank by the road between Neat Enstone and Fulwell. The second extract has been written by someone other than Mr Percy Manning on a seperate piece of paper, cut out, and adhered to the foot of the page. A third reference is given to 'Beesley's History of Banbury, 1841, p.7-8', where the stone is described with a plan.
