Title: Plan drawn on a piece of tracing paper and adhered to a sheet of unlined backing paper. With notes and scale.
Content: Plan of Stonesfield Roman villa drawn by Mr W. Lewington. Various sections of the villa have been labeled with letters. There is a description of the labeled parts in Manning's notes on the plan (1648MANN/1/MS/280/9). A note in the bottom left corner of the plan reads: 'Sections to the four floors of Roman tessellated pavement with the Sudatory, and Cistern; discover'd at Stonesfield near Woodstock in Oxfordshire. W. Lewington Fecit.'
