Content: Concerning the location of a drawing of an iron Anglo-Saxon spear-head from Dorchester in the Library of the Society of Antiquaries. With a brief extract from a letter sent by Reverend J.C. Clutterbuck to the Society of Antiquaries, published in 'Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries, Second Series, Volume II, p.209, 26 February, 1863', detailing the findspot of the spear-head in a gravel pit in a field belonging to Mr Davey near the turnpike road.
