Content: Concerning the geographical situation of the Asthall Barrow near Akerman Street. A note based on information from 'Oxfordshire Victoria History, Vol.II, p.345' gives the dimensions of the barrow. There are also two references without any notes attached to them: 'Archaeologia, Vol. XXXVII, p. 433' and 'Late Saxon and Antiquaries Journal, April 1924'.
