Title: Note by Mr Percy Manning based on information from publication: 'John Evans' Ancient Bronze Implements, p.76, figure 57.'
Content: Note on a bronze palstave from Dorchester in the possession of Sir John Evans. Top and side view diagrams of the object have been traced from the publication onto tracing paper and adhered to the lined paper on which the notes are written. 'Montelius - type 84' written below the diagrams and '1927.2680' written in pencil on the right side of the page, indicating that the item is in the Ashmolean Musuem Department of Antiquities.
