Title: Two drawings with a note below them
Content: Two drawings of a spindle whorl, from the top and in section. The note below mentions that the item is made of compact close grained limestone. It was once in the collection of Reverend J.C. Clutterbuck and subsequently fell into the possession of Admiral W.R. Clutterbuck of Long Wittenham before he deposited them at the Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquties on 18 November 1908. The note adds that the item was probably found near Long Wittenham.
