Content: | Concerning the finding of bronze Roman objects (Armilla or bracelet; Bowl of a spoon. Bottom of a cylindrical box; Solid bell-shaped piece of metal; Cuttings; Decayed fragments of leaf bronze) close to the Great Western Railway near Twyford Bridge, Adderbury. They were embedded in a mass of ironstone. Also a note from Mr Percy Manning provides further description of the objects. |
