Content: A report on Mr Pretty's visit to the long barrow at Wychwood. Recounts how the barrow was discovered by the Keeper of Wychwood Forest and discusses the visit of Mr Pretty to 'Church Hill', looking for the remains of a church or chapel. He found instead an earthwork and a long barrow. Both described.
