| Title: | Letter from Mr William Cozens of Bishop's Court, Dorchester, to Professor Rolleston. | ||||
| Content: | Concerning a cup of black ware and a clay vase found in the field next to his house. He has enclosed in his letter a pencil drawing of the top and the side of the cup and a side view of the vase. Also mentions six silver spoons in the possession of Reverend Clutterbuck of Long Wittenham found by a person digging gravel on the Shilliingford Road. The Accession Register Number 1893.168 is written in the top right corner of the front of the letter, implying that one of the items is in the Ashmolean Museum Department of Antiquities. | ||||
