| Content: | Sheet is entitled 'Sutton Courtenay'. Entry for a bronze celt, found at Sutton Courtenay, written next to a black and white photograph of the object. The extract only mentions that it was found in the Thames near Sutton Bridge and purchased for the British Museum in 1862. A further note by at the foot of the sheet mentions that a water colour sketch (of the object?) was exhibited by Mr Jesse King, and gives a publication reference: 'Journal of the Berkshire Archaeological Association, Volume I, p.309'. | ||||
